About the Role
Along with the CEO, you will help build relationships with networks of healthcare providers, physical therapists and more to guide our longterm strategy and Go-To-Market Plan. Our main milestone that the team is working towards is Pilot App Launch. Join us in building the relationships and foundations necessary to test regularly, we need to scale our testing practice into multiple clinics and users in order to ready ourselves for a beta launch in 2023. We are a very early stage startup on our way to bringing on our first investors. In this role, your contributions and performance can result in an offer to join the executive team as well earning company shares as a form of compensation. We work virtually and in-person in San Luis Obispo; THIS ROLE CAN BE 100% REMOTE.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities (Being able to design & execute the Go-to-Market Plan)
Building out the corporate rolodex, the Zoetic brand presence, and engaging in regular communication with our followers
Identify and follow through on establishing strategic partnerships within healthcare for potential application and find the right people & processes to optimize our technical solution
Managing new and ongoing contractual obligations and identifying any regulatory needs before product launch (at every stage: pilot, feature releases, etc…)
Building and maintaining regular documentation on active funding and grants, as well as apply for new ones as they arise
Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics
Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets
Qualifications
Degree in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Be able to work directly with the CEO to execute the official company vision: "Using technology to improve human life."
Background in Engineering or Business with strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience and existing network in the industries of: home health & wellness, healthcare, physical therapy, mobility, recovery, biomedical product development
Team-building; willing to learn something new and willing to work with others at any skill level
Prior grant writing experience
Prior work experience in project management, technical management, and/or software development
Ability to contribute 20 hours a week at minimum

The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. This individual will also be responsible for managing marketing and customer service activities.
Qualifications
