You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to:

• School or organizational record-keeping requirements

For minors, deletion requests may be submitted by a verified parent or legal guardian.

4. Analytics & Tracking Choices

RISE uses limited, privacy-focused analytics to improve app reliability and performance.

• We do not sell personal data

• We do not use data for targeted advertising

• Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify individual users

You may opt out of analytics tracking where supported:

• Via device-level privacy settings (iOS / Android)

• Through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, if applicable

Disabling analytics may reduce our ability to diagnose crashes or performance issues but will not limit core app functionality.

5. Communications Preferences

You may opt out of non-essential communications (such as product updates or announcements) at any time by:

• Using the unsubscribe link in emails, or

• Contacting us directly

Transactional and service-related messages (e.g., account notices, security alerts) may still be sent.

Special Rights for Parents & Guardians (Minors Under 18)

RISE is used by minors under the supervision of schools, coaches, and parents. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and FERPA where applicable.

Parents and guardians may:

• Review their child’s personal data

• Request deletion of their child’s data

• Withdraw consent for further data collection (where applicable)

Health & Fitness Data Disclaimer

RISE may collect fitness-related and movement data for organizational, training, and performance tracking purposes only.

RISE:

• Does not provide medical advice

• Does not diagnose injuries or conditions

• Is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation

All insights and metrics are informational and should be interpreted by qualified coaches, trainers, or healthcare professionals as appropriate.

International Users

If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using RISE, you consent to this transfer in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
